*Approval by the ARB is not a warranty or guarantee by the ARB as to the qualifications of any professional, but indicates that the professional has met the minimum criteria deemed necessary by the ARB to work within The Ford Plantation.  Only professionals approved by the ARB shall be entitled to participate in the design and construction of residences and other improvement to lots in The Ford Plantation.  Owners are strongly advised to obtain from the ARB Administrator a current list of approved professionals prior to obtaining bids from, negotiating with or retaining any such professional, since previously approved professionals may have been removed from the list, and applicants for approval may not be approved, and newly approved professionals may not have been added to the list.
